Conductors :
The process involves drawing of thin conductors from bright electrolytic grade copper rods (99.9% pure) and annealed conductors are bunched together.

Insulation :
Specially formulated grade of PVC compound is capable of withstanding higher conductor temperatures. Continuous rating of 105⁰ C and intermittent rating of  125⁰ C enable the cable to be overloaded without endangering safety. The insulation is resistence to boiling water, steam and vapours to prevent aging and cracking in practical usage in kitchens, bathrooms, dampwalls, chemical industries etc.
  

Insulation :
PVC insulated copper conductor (unsheated ) wire and cables are manufactured in sizes from 0.50 to 50 sq.mm. in single core. High quality standard are in-built in Cables. Strict quality control at every stage from raw material, production and finely at finish products ensure that the wires cables meet National & International Standards. The cables are confirmed with ISI standard which offers complete safety and protection against electrical shock, short circuits and fires.
